1. Disassembly Notes
Stop and power off the equipment, release pressure and cool down the machine, and clean surface oil and impurities. Use professional tools to disassemble ZHZB bearings. Violent knocking is prohibited to prevent damage and deformation of shafts and bearing seats, and keep the mounting reference intact.
2. Fault Inspection
Disassemble and clean ZHZB bearings, and inspect the status of raceways, steel balls and cages. Replace the bearings directly if there are abnormal noise, jamming, corrosion, pitting, excessive clearance or peeling wear. Intact bearings can be reused after cleaning and maintenance. Check shafts and bearing seats for wear and cracks.
3. Installation Key Points
Remove burrs and impurities on matching surfaces before installation. Adopt standard low-temperature hot mounting process and open-fire heating is forbidden. Press-fit ZHZB bearings stably to ensure accurate alignment without skew or unilateral stress.
4. Lubrication and Sealing
Replace with new standard grease of the correct model with proper dosage to avoid wear from insufficient grease or overheating from excessive grease. Replace all aged and damaged seals to prevent dust and water ingress and protect the service life of ZHZB bearings.
5. Test and Acceptance
Rotate the equipment manually after assembly. The operation shall be smooth without abnormal noise or jamming. Conduct no-load test run. The maintenance of ZHZB bearings is qualified if the temperature and vibration are normal and the equipment runs stably.
